What is a "Biohazard"?
I have been mining achievements and many of them are all about getting "Three biohazards" in one game. What are those exactly?

After finishing a game, it will show biohazard symbols in the score area. 3 biohazards is the max for scenarios, 5 for main game and cure mode.
