Does this game have neurax and necroa for free?
It would make me want to buy the game a lot more.

everything is free, you just have to unlock them.

Do I have to beat everything on brutal or just on normal?

Just on normal, and you unlock it at a much earlier stage as well. For example, Neurax Worm will be unlocked when you beat Fungus on normal difficulty.

Unlike some other games, this one is a one-time purchase and everything in it - and things yet to be added - are all included in the deal at no extra charge.
