Touch controls
Hello, I was wondering if this game supports touch control on PC (since it came from a mobile origin and so what). Couldn't find info about it anywhere. Thanks!

I thought this would be great for my tablet, but my tablet (thinkpad tablet 2) did not have a good enought GPU, but yeah, I would agree, this would be great on a tablet, since all you do it point and click.

Actually this didnt come from mobile orgin it was ported to Mobile. It has been a PC game for some time now having early version released before this one came to steam. The mobile version and this one are two diffrent creatures.

Actually, no -- the Android and iOS versions predate the PC one for years.

I played it on my dell venue 8 pro. Works fine but two-finger zoom does not seem to work.
Also: There is no way to quit the game without ESC?

Touch devices automatically translate touch input to mouse input, so the point-and-click actions will all work fine. But you won't get touch-specific actions like swipe and pinch, because those don't have mouse translations.

Maybe one day there'll be a Windows Mobile version of the game ... but considering its low user-base, I would imagine that's somewhere below Linux in the list of priorities :-)

Microsoft should coop with Valve and market 8.1 tablets as mobile steam machines. I love my Dell Venue 8 Pro and would never go back to Android or iPad.

Necroing this because a year has gone by =P

Is touch support officially in the game by now? I tested an old version out some time ago and the touch-to-mouse translation isn't smooth enough =/

That is not really accurate. On the website Kongregate this game has existed for a LONG time before it was made for phone...

You are right if you are talking about the version at the game website Kongregate

I really could care less about which version came first.

Nah you're thinking of Pandemic, which is not the same game.

What Carrell1109 said is completely accurate.

No, it's not.

Plague for mobiles came in 2012, Plague for PC's came in 2014.

The game was INSPIRED by Pandemic 2 which exists as a browser-based Flash game since 2008.

Well yeah. "Inspired by" means it's not the same game.

Although I see misquoted the person who said that, it was you and not Carrell1109 :-)
