Shadow plague mega brutal too hard!!!!

The cure goes up too fast. I've been trying the strategy to destroy a lot of countries but the cure goes to max in like a minute and can't infect past the 60% of the world's population. Can you make it just a bit slower. Been at it for hours but I can't.

If you can't make it a bit easier (which I can understand why), at least can you tell me if the game ends by time (for example: once it reaches 2099, the vampire dies or something like that, I'm currently in 2080) since I'm trying the strategy to destroy every country with blood rage. This, Super Sparrow, Lava God, Mr. President and the one where I need to create a cure for Bio-Weapon are the only ones that are bugging me right now.

Don't worry, there is no time limit. Game will ends when Killing all humanity or Vampire's death.
You can beat the game without Plague - just using Blood Rage to every countries (like you said).

But this method will taking a lot of time.
I was beat the game with this way, but takes about 40000 days (or about 110 years!) to destroy whole world.
