But if you're not up for talking, here are a few quick-fire tips from our community for getting started with Cure Mode. We’ve also linked a few of the best Cure Mode guides and videos for those wanting a more in-depth look.

Vaccine Development is Key

It might not seem like a priority vs the infection itself but make sure you start vaccine development early, including manufacturing! It’ll save you time and money later on in the game.

React Early

Don’t be complacent with your Authority! When it starts to drop it can quickly snowball and become a major problem. Make sure you keep an eye on what's impacting your Authority in the World screen, and respond to it as soon as possible, otherwise you might not be able to turn the tide.

Contact Tracing

Contact Tracing is one of the best tools for stopping outbreaks occurring in new countries, make sure to invest early though, it takes time for it to become effective.

Reduce the Fatality

A high death rate is one of the killers of your Authority. Infected people will panic and end up spreading the disease around more. Keeping the death rate low keeps your Authority from falling so much when a lot of people are infected.

Quarantine Measures

Don't be afraid of Quarantine. As long as you fund economic support initiatives and disable the quarantines when they’re no longer needed, they can be a great way to majorly reduce infection. The Targeted Quarantine ability is also handy if you don’t want to lockdown the whole continent.
