He will begin to learn on his own with these tools. Learning on your own doesn't mean you have to invent everything.

these aren't "tools", these are literal step by step guides

the main point of this game is to adapt and improvise your own strategy, not follow a linear tutorial

its practically the same thing as going stealth and not learning anything

No, because the sense of his question is 'can I make it be easy ?' - then you guess he was hardly about to build something by himself...
So the next question is, why it doesn't work for me even with a guide ? And then he is back to the same point as initially.
