If 5 try is too much for you, then stop play, sometimes I fail 10 or 20 games.
Also, patho-stasis is super useful for fungus. Trans-stasis, and sympto-stasis are a waste on fungus because the biggest issue with fungus is it spread slow to islands. Going for about 6 spores and the first spore busrt early is ok. Don't try to go for all of them or you would have a hard time with the islands. Going for the rest of the spores after you start killing is a good idea becuase you are no only infecting the uninfected countries, you are also getting plenty of dna from red bubbles because of the severity. If you are good at playing prion or bacteria very aggressively, then fungi's difficulty shouldn't be too high on mega brutal.

And what is this - no 'Guaranteed Win & Perfect Score' guide? How troubling. I won't make one because I know not enough people will care for it to be worth my time - but is sure as hell can be done.
