Playing games on phones and tablets while walking down the street? *watches teenagers walking into streetlights, telephone booths, garbage cans, cars, and other people*
I have a PC and a nice comfy seat to sit in while I play games on my PC. So I should instead install games only on my cell phone and tablet, and play while sitting on the reading room throne?
The Mobile version and the PC/Steam version are NOT exactly the same game.
Go back under your bridge, the other trolls are getting lonely there. You can take them some of the food I just threw to you.
The free to play version doesn't have all the content the PC version has. To get 4 viruses the PC version has, you have to pay $8.99 on the mobile version and purchase them. On PC you get it for free.
And on top of that, the PC version has Scenarios, multliplayer, customization, etc.
So really, that free mobile version is just a fraction of the game. To get the full experience on mobile, you'll be spending nearly the same amount of money as you spend to buy it on PC.
Not the same thing at all ^^
I was talking about the idiots on cellphones and tablets, who are so distracted by their games, that they walk into a parked or moving car. Or truck. Or mass transit vehicle like a bus.
Don't get me started on the idiots who are gaming on cell phones or tablets while driving. Stopping their car in the middle of the Holland Tunnel because their phone said there was a "special" pokemon there.
2. It costs $16.50 to unlock every DLC pack
3. It costs money to unlock scenarios/custom scenarios (I think $4.99)
Basically the very barebones of the mobile version is free, but it takes more than $15 to have access to everything in the mobile version.
I love both versions of the games and have always thought the scenarios/MP/workshop was good enough to pay the price differnce, but if you're spending the same amount of money to unlock everything in the mobile version you have failed. The four special diseases (neurax, necroa, simian, shadow) can all be unlocked for free through gameplay.
i've never played the mobile version xP that's just what i've researched before purchasing this game. I wanted to know the differences, and that was one of them that multiple sources listed
Yeah, that false arguement has been around since the boards beggining. I'm completely unsurprised you got mislead.
You only have to beat the normal plagues on brutal to unlock the special plagues in the phone edition. I've done it multiple times myself. Workshop/MP is PC exclusive. You cannot unlock scenarios through gameplay in the phone version. Other than UI/tech details, this is the major content difference.
oh really? XD oh well! i don't mind, definitely don't regret this purchase one bit
