I want to unlock everything, how?

Hey, i want to unlock everything since i already finished it and i formatted it, im lazy and i backupped my stuff, but seems the game is not loading them back!

formatted my whole pc, deleted the hdd and stuff from file, and reinstalled a fresh system, i lost everything.

So, to clarify this up; you installed a new os and accidentally deleted your backup? If you have not steam cloud active for this game, then i'm afraid your savegame is gone, unless it is otherwise saved (on an online server which devs provide etc.).

seems my backup can't be loaded since is not loading it.

Check you have Steam Cloud Sync enabled on your machine.

When you launched the game, did you see a popup that asked you whether you wanted to use your local data or download data from the cloud?
