Shadow Plague | Any useful tips?

Im trying to beat the game using the Vampire/Shadow Plague, but even on easy mode it seems damn near impossible. Can anyone offer some useful advice to help me out cause no matter what I do, whether it be amping up the transmission rate, increasing the vampires ability to attack Templar bases (I even took down all the Templars in one run and still lost) and so on, I can't clock how to win this mode.
Anyone got any advice?

Anything more specific? I said in my original post that I've spent alot of DNA Points for the Vampire Skills and it still doesn't do me many favours.

I can't even move as a bat. I have over 100 DNA when I try to move and nothing happens.

And yes I have bat fully upgraded to move.

Have you been able to move it before and you think something is broken, or are you just unsure of how to use this Active Ability? If the latter, you need to select the ability, then click on the country your vampire is in, and you will see a flight range show up. You can fly to any country within this range.

Yeah I was able to figure it out. I just thought the method was different.

Tip: When you start off, you'll get 27 DNA on casual and less on higher difficulties. Evolve ASAP (in order):

-Shadow Blessing (spread disease)
-Night Wraith (reduced visibility)
-Lairs (place one in your home country)
-Bat Transportation
-Shadow Portals (this is REALLY helpful because you can instantly travel to outposts to take care of certain parts of the world easier)
-Nocturnal
-Anaemia
-Pallor
-Weeping Sores

Don't evolve any transmissions, and you should be good to go.
