Do you get more points for using spaces and capital letters, or no?

Just got this game and was wondering if using spaces and capitalizing letters gives you a better score, or if you can ignore them?

Spaces I do regardless just from habit. But could possible save a bit of time by ignoring capital letters. Just wondering if that'll cost me in the score department though.

You do not need to use the shift or caps lock key for capitalized letters.

You do not need to enter spaces, punctuation, or symbols. This is only required if you play on "hardcore mode".

The only bonus for killing mutants is if you type a kill word without making any mistakes and shooting them in the head, along with a kill combo.

You do not get bonuses or points for extra characters. In Hardcore mode, you must type spaces and punctuation but there is still no bonus for it.
