I want the house of the dead 3 and 4 in steam
And HOTD1, HOTD2, TOTD1 and TOTD2
I think you're being a bit cocky by requesting TOTD2 on steam.
- It doesn't even have an english release!
It's pretty obvious that I'm not asking seriously for the games to be released on Steam; it's not like Sega is going to change opionion just because of me, so there's no harm in asking.

Also, it seems that you don't type japanese characters in the game, but rōmaji, which is the romanization of the characters, so there should be no problem in playing with a "normal" keyboard. And, as you can see at the beginning of the video, the menus and the voices are in english, so in result I think the game would be quite accesible for anybody. The only problem would be understanding the meaning of the words, so the game could become something boring, but I know a tiny bit of japanese, so, I, at least, would be able to enjoy the game for some time.
It won't be hard releasing on PC, though. I asked SEGA to release but they simply denied. -.-
The original HOTD Overkill is included in TTOTD Overkill.
