Can't run the game - MSVCR100.dll (Win10, Laptop with integrated Intel Graphics and Geforce GTX 960M)

I have the same problem as most others, it seems. I start the game through steam, steam says it's running for a second or two and then nothing happens. I've verified the game files integrity, I've tried running it with the intel HD graphics (since that seems to have been helping a few of you) and doing the whole safemode thing - nothing works.

When I try running it with my GTX 960m I get the "MSCVR100.dll not installed" thing.

"MSVCR100.DLL is a Microsoft Visual C++ file and is required by applications which were made with Visual C++. However, while downloading this file and copying it to the Windows\System folder should fix the error for most people, it might need to be copied to the game or program's folder, so you'll need to know which application threw up the error."

It seems to be a Win10 error in general (here's the same thing for origin http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/MSVCP100-dll-missing-in-windows-10/td-p/4702068 )

It seems to have helped to reinstalll the MSVCR100.dll, for some people, all though not for me. Hope it helps some of you.
