It was a conflict between the new combo algorithm and the way Fisherman's Hut gives its output.
Edit 1: Just released a patch that fixes it.
Now it's working! Thank you!!!
Soon you'll be able to "blacklist" certain outputs, change paths and get to see where all outputs are going and where inputs are coming from.
I've had it happen with crusher, centrifuge and juicer. Reloading the game will rollback the placement, but the same issue accurs when machine is placed. Unable to tell if there's a specific machine/machine group, or if it's because the amount of machines in one area.
Sadly this makes the game unplayable at this time.
Hope It'll be fixed soon! Really love the new update otherwise!
