Demo not loading?

Went to try tonight, and I just get stuck on a black screen with a blue circle in the middle with some triangles circling it. Been watching said screen for a few minutes, no sound, no interaction when I click on it, nothing.

Hi there. Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you hit shift+F5 does it still cause that problem?

Well I got the game started today, but it crashed twice. Once during the first tutorial battle and once during a wild battle. Refreshing works, but I loose all battle progress and have to restart again.

Strange we haven't had any issues like that so far. Did you get any error messages on crash? Would love to know what caused it and fix it

No I had to reset the game. I guess froze was a better word then crashed.

I'm having the exact same issue the earlier poster posted. On Mac I'm just getting the spinning blue circle. Tried running it on PC and it just wouldn't open.

Same issue! I restarted the game twice, restarted my computer, and it's still stuck on the spinning blue circle.

same issue, it gets stuck on loading even after restarting the game. it even crashed/blue screened my laptop. any fix for this?

The team has pushed and update that seems to have solved this can you try it again and see what it does now?

Same to you Kiki, could you check if your EA key now works as intended

If your early access key is not loading please try this for now

Try opening the demo and then the game.
Steam seems to have some cache issues in some cases

Same problem.

1) I installed the non demo, and it did the same thing.

2) I found this discussion, and from Haron's advice, i
A. installed the demo version
B. launched demo, which did passed the "orb sphere of death"
C. while demo was running, i launched the non demo, which now did pass the "orb schere of death", but had the same message saying it was the demo (as the demo did).
D. closed both, and could launch the non-demo

yeah it is weird. We think Steam has some cache issues because of the demo and full being now separate pages. But glad at least we do have this workaround

I wanted to create content, but it doesn't work, they gave me the password yesterday, when I start a window appears with a black background and a circle that goes around without stopping and never starts
