It's the same but different....Larger map and story,More graphics and add ons will be coming soon making it different from the freebie...Plus you get to play it on full screen..But it does have some bugs that they are fixing now..Cool game tho:)

I don't intend to buy it so I cannot tell, but yeah look absolutely the same, the core of the game is free and is online.

Well, the flash game (version) has premium options, no updates and a bad save system.

You'll recognize the first few maps in this game, however I never had my flash missions played with any of the (unlockable) heroes that are in this game. So it definitely has aspects that are, gameplay wise, different. You'll have to make "strategic" decisions concerning this development while playing.
