I bought this after seeing a thread that it had the skins, third spell, and extra reinforcements if I donated. I'm fine with donating to get it but can't find an option anywhere. Was that thread wrong and it's not available or am I missing something?

If you read the thread right you have read misinformation.
The Mobile and Steam Versions of Kingdom Rush doesn't feature the "Premium Content".
It's only available in the flash-version.

Hi Murray, we are super sorry if you purchased the game under false information.
You should ask for a refund if you are not satisfied with the features of the PC version.
Also, if you can, please point us out to the thread that said this stuff, so we can prevent this from happening in the future.
