Problems launching the game

[Happy Wars Team]

We have seen that some of you are experiencing problems launching the game. Here are some things you could try to make it work:
-Change the resolution settings in the launcher
-Check that you have the latest drivers
-Reinstall Happy Wars
-Check that your Steam account is not in "offline mode"
-Check that you have enabled Steam Cloud synchronization (Steam->Settings->Cloud)
- If the "Preparing to Launch" message comes up but the game does not launch and/or the message never goes away please refer this Steam support page: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6218-USFX-5568

att for error,

I changed the monitor screen for a tv with hdmi and game launch normally, when on a other monitor with a superior resolution config the game has lauching. The error, i suppose, have a relation with the instalation compatibility or "monitor hardware"... don't have more details. (obs:. the monitor as ocurred error launch normal on other computer with a video onboard.)
