Or a mode where there is no time you need to beat, you just need to find anomalies as fast as possible (so it would be speedrunnable) and there is a set number of total anomalies that spawn instantly after the previous one is found (maybe like 25-30?).
Both of these only unlocked after beating all levels on normal or maybe even hard.
Rifts are too similar to abyss, bring back ghosts. They were silly and I liked them.
Maybe another difficulty mode where the spawn times for anomalies was more random.
maybe a return to the black and white style of the first game? i quite liked it
As for maps, a theme park or cinema.
