I've heard this so many times, only to draw attention to an issue and then it blows up. Watch this space. :D
Same here. Raised blacks on a C1 OLED, goes away if you turn HDR off.
I activate HDR in Windows settings, then I go to graphism settings in the game.
Here I activate the settings "HDR" for having access of the fine HDR settings.
But the colors immediately became washed out and very pale.
Like if there were 2 layers of HDR at the same time.
(If I launch the game without activate HDR first in Windows, the settings of the game refuse to activate HDR in graphism settings).
I am the only one with such a problem?
I'm on PC, I don't have this problem. Mmm, are you on Windows 10 or 11? I just turn on HDR and everything is fine in game, I set the setting I want and I will say the HDR is really good

Right? I had to turn mine to bright and up gamma a lil pinch to get the blacks to crush a little less. Still just glad it's seeming to be working. HDR always is a pain in most games, and randomly usable or not.
This is one of, possibly the only, game i started using DTM instead of HGiG on.
Also make sure to run Windows HDR calibration. (calibrate with DTM off, of course)
