Added artificial motion blur, film grain over 4k imagery, good old lens flares, resolutions that 99,99% of the consumers can't even use (artistic decision out the windows right there, you can't even experience the resolution!).
Makes no sense and there is not a single objective argument for it.
Btw art can also be simply straight up bad and stupid. I don't have to tolerate or accept art just because it wants itself be called that.
Unfortunately refund games. I just don't have the nerve for this... This is crap.
It's the equivalent of your JIRA bug report getting "this is not possible", "but it works in the editor" or "works as designed".
You'll learn this pretty quickly when you work with devs directly
