I’d guess Hellblade 2 will also be in the 8-15 hour range.
I can understand your dislike if you went through the first thinking there were only two buttons for combat. You wouldn't be the first either, watched a really painful playthrough where someone hadn't figured out how to parry nor how to interrupt. Hope they tutorialise this one a bit better for those who never check what the controls are.

Original was 7 hours for me, both going through initially and then a second run to pick up an achievement I'd missed. Not a long game but it felt the right length for the story being told and the limits of the design philosophy they use.
The first was also sold for 30 euros. Not 50.
And no, the facts this is "top notch graphic" game means nothing: the first one was also one of the best visual experience of its time (it sill is tbh).
That's why I am reluctant in buying it d1.
(and no, I refuse to play it on pass, to me that service is just promoting laziness tbh).
If you dont enjoy these types of games then maybe you should play something like DOOM where combat is the main part of the game.
Clearly the first game was not for you. Why would the second one be? Why are you here? lol. Sorry to be rude, but why are you complaining about the game here?
