Hopefully these settings can help fix things. I'd prefer HDR to work too. Playing without it is like playing at 1/3 of the brightness of my oled screens. It's like I'm in eyecare mode or something.

edit: did not notice any performance changes. If so they were tiny.

You can adjust the level of Motion Blur applied to the rapid camera movements from 0 (none) to 10 (high) within the game via "Settings / Graphics / Accessibility"

This improved the look, feel and I swear also performance of the game so much I'm considering restarting!
