How to turn off motion blur?

The motion blur in this game is super strong, making all mid-combat screenshots unusable. Can we turn this off? I hate motion blur in all games.

Settings, then go to Graphics, at the top go to Accessibility there you can set motion blur

what is weird is that the xbox version has a motion blur option in the settings, but not the PC version.
