im confused about the season pass

so there is a dlc in the pass that i can buy separately for 1/4 of the price. there is also an additional game mode and two skins and thats it? i mean is it the whole pass and everything that will be in it or will they add things to it over the year?

The Season Pass includes 4 exciting packs:
