Game crashes after the intro

Before the "press to start" screen the game crashes, that wont happen in the demo of the game, please help

My solution was I refunded it? I don't know, I tried to figure it out. Demo worked perfectly 2 hours ago.

Not me. Just this one. I just refunded to wallet hoping it gets fixed, then I'll rebuy it. I played through the demo, beat the boss, quit the game and bought it. Then this happened.

The game works for me, so this problem is definitely system specific, anyone with the crash want to post their specs so we can see if there's any similarities so bexide can see it and patch faster?

Basic specs on my PC
GPU: AMD R9 270X
CPU: AMD FX-4130

The demo works fine, so I dont know if its a hardware thing in particular
I want to say it's a save file issue, though I'm not sure. The game crashes as soon as it loads in the main menu which might also be when it tries to get the save file, unlike the demo which doesn't save your progress AFAIK

Could also be a Windows thing or something, just a hunch because my PC comes up with seemingly random errors for random programs

do you have windows 10 or windows 11? I'm on Windows 11 and it works for me

I've been playing on deck in desktop mode, works straight out of the box. The only thing that's a bit weird is that there aren't any graphic/resolution options / no option to go from windowed to full screen. Is that also the case on windows, or is that a deck thing?
