Acadamy rerolls

I'm sure this has been said 100000 times.
The game not having academy re rolls is just lazy coding.
Every person who plays this game is quitting and loading back up wasting time when they get ♥♥♥♥ load-outs.
Just stop being lazy and add it to the game.

Not removing a barrier like this is damaging to the game. A few alt f4 with bad load outs, people will just go to a different game.

To me, this is more of a "Some things need buffs" problem than "need rerolls" problem

I really don't understand why anyone would do this. You already have 3 options of starting load outs so you already have more choice than most roguelites. The difficulty is low enough that imperfect starts work just fine anyways. I think some people are missing the point of playing a random generated game. I'm not trying to be insulting, I just don't understand the mindset.

I actually think rerolls would take away some of the, fun, challenge and replayability. Just play with what you think is a bad start and you might find more joy.
