Is there a way to fully reset the progression (talent points and levels)?

Is there a way to reset the game to original conditions? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I still had all my talent points. There was no obvious save game folder in the game files either.

I know you can re-assign the talent points, but I'd like to start over from zero. Anyone have an idea of how. Thanks!

You can disable steam cloud save first, then delete all your save files in the folder.
