How to get your picture to match?
Hi, loving the demo so far!

I can't for the life of me get past the point where you have to get your picture taken. I've cleaned the panel with the sponge after using it on the water and am sitting in the chair when the picture is taken but it still says it doesn't match. Have also tried taking a picture of my passport to put onto the screen but this doesn't seem to work.

Any tips in the right direction would be fab, thanks :)

you can alter the height of the chair, your eye should be eye level! :)
ah fantastic, thank you, not sure how I missed that aha
I got stuck on this for a very long time actually. A different way of adjusting the height of the chair might be more intuitive.

When playing on a controller, when you spin the chair around you also swing the camera around too. Hard to see the height change in the chair when you're also swinging around the camera.
Just wanted to chip in saying that I also got stuck on this part of the puzzle as I simply did not even notice you could change the height of the chair, and I also initially thought the chair was already eye-leveled. It doesn't help that the chair in the visa office can also be spun, but there it doesn't change the height (I think, or didn't notice), which for me set the presedent that the chair animation is just a little extra without any real impact. I didn't expect it to actually control part of the puzzle. Maybe a lever would be more intuitive!

The chair reminds me of the chairs in the reallife photo booths. You turn them counterclockwise and with each turn they raise for ... hmm ... 1/4 inch since you "screw" the seat out of the stand.
Turning them right "screws" them in the same amount per turn.

How do you know if your height is right? Check the screen center - there's a small dot or circle which works as focus for interactive objects. It also indicates your Line of Sight when sitting on the stool.
completely counterintuitive, thanks for the info
