Unlock water colors?

Unlocked one completely by accident and have no idea how I did it. Didn't see any mention of water color unlockables in the 2 guides for this game, so I'm asking the discussions board! I'm a little obsessed with finding all of them now but genuinely have no clue where to begin lol

Hi there! When you start the game, the cactus will randomly appear on your island. If you can keep the cactus alive until you win, you will unlock an ocean color based on the top of the cactus. I hope this helps 😊

can you only receive (x) amount of colors from a specific difficult? i've restarted relax and challenge countless times, but i haven't seen a cactus. i did see ONE in epic, though.

Hi, the weather station need to be unlocked before cactus start to appear. Some cactus colors are only available on higher difficulties. I hope this helps ^^.

sorry, i meant i hadn't seen the others. the last ones are locked behind epic for me! thank you for your reply. :)
