Shizuko How to Trigger Special Even 2?

Hello, so basically I feel stupid because I can't figure out how to trigger Special Event 2 for Shizuko. Figured out everything for myself up until this point but somehow can't figure this out. It seems so simple, just click on a book in her house, that's it. However, whats confusing me is that the other criteria is that you have to have the "On Fire" event triggered as well. But to trigger the "On Fire" event, you need to complete all affection events. So how am I supposed to trigger all affection events if the said affection events require you to get the "On Fire" event. But also I was able to do the bathing events with all 3 girls without the "On Fire" event trigger even though thats a criteria for triggering the bathing events.
Love the game, its just becoming a bit frustrating and confusing now so thanks for any help.

1.Does the right-side prompt show "FINISHED" for all four characters?
2.Are all four characters' moods "Happy" or "Very Happy"?
3.Is it Sunday afternoon?

If all the above are correct, please go to Shizuko's house to trigger the "On Fire" event.
