How to trigger Shizuko cow outfit?

you need to choose 'have a BBQ' in the same way as entering the ending on Sunday.

Shizuko does not have "in-heat" event, but the event happens when you click her lying on her stomach and doing laptop.

change day to sunday then click holiday on River.. then the action will be Have a BBK :D
