The pink cat (afternoon) question
I've tried finding it in the overworld for days, and I found the other 3 cats during morning, noon, and night, but can't find the afternoon one besides doing the backyard special event (which doesn't trigger the achievement. Any help?

The Cats are on the map, morning the front lawn at the house, noon the bus stop (the middle of the map), afternoon on the balcony like area (right side of house by some chairs), night in front of the door of shop.
