I'd love to also see a rope or chain weapon class, like a kusarigama.
I agree a 2 handed sword class, but I'd love to see one based on European greatswords. Not so much the fantasy version, but the actual way they were used, which is pretty interesting. Just personal thoughts, but the 'samurai class' has kind of been done to death.
It would also be need to see a 'claws' class where the character moves and bounds like an animal.

Puppeteer/Marionettist - class that uses enchanted dolls or puppets to control the battlefield. They could control multiple puppets at once, each with different roles (tank, damage dealer, healer, etc.), creating an entire army through proxy.
or a Oni Warrior
i dunno some class we've never seen before in a game would be nice
have the some of the projectiles abilities make it an active factor on the battle field.
I think a class that incorporates different low level monster attacks/weapons would be a good fit for an ''ace'' Monster Hunter class
ember staff is a unique gunclub that I've never seen.
There's no summoner and a Chinese esque wooden construct version could be neat hashing crates for wood to build them.
bard class that matches certain inputs to keep up certain buffs while moving
melee with current instrument if you get hit music playing is canceled it buffs allies
clock or whatever time class that can parry after being hit by rolling time back if they have meter. maybe the clock is a yoyo
rifle class with different ammo types like toukiden 2
maybe a ninja(make it different than shadowstriker, maybe chain sickles, but basically another fast melee),
an actual mage(ice or lightning, though lightning would be easier because it already has some mechanics),
possibly a paladin(shield and mace, but with options to be solo),
a spear user(enemies have spears, shield maiden would fit the theme).
