Features I'd like to see
I swore off live service games, but being a big fan of The Banner Saga, I figured I needed to give this game a chance. I think what is here right now is really good and well developed for being an early access game. However, I can see myself personally losing interest in the repetitiveness and grind unless additional features are added. I know features will be added, but I wanted to weigh in on what I'd personally like to see.

I will note that I have not completed all of the content currently available yet, so if some of these things are already there and I haven't seen them yet, then you can disregard.

Lots more dynamic content

Making each map unpredictable and full of surprises would go a long way in increasing replay-ability and reducing monotony. Adding things such as:

Dynamic boss battles - Randomizing the bosses you face at the end of an area but also injecting mini bosses here and there in the middle of a map would add a lot of surprises and keep players on their toes

Dynamic hazards and tools for battle - Scattering hazards and tools that both the enemies and the players can use would be great. The typical stuff like exploding barrels are already there, but I'm thinking bigger like maybe weather events that enhance or hinder both the players and enemies. An example would be an earthquake that maybe collapses some of the ground causing damage to either the player or enemies caught in it. Other tools such as random weapons that differ from the normal loadout items would be cool to see added throughout maps.

Dynamic quests and NPCs - Having random NPCs show up to assist in bigger battles or to give you dynamic quest lines would be cool. These quests could be broken up so that as you play more you unravel more of the story and could have cool side stories separate from the main narrative.

Mix and Match Classes and Builds

As more classes, abilities, and weapons are added, it would be cool to have the ability to make hybrid classes that can mix and match the abilities and weapons between two or more classes to make varying builds similar to other ARPGs.

Large scale warfare on the overworld map

Make hexes on the map be part of a bigger war where territory has to be captured and fortresses need to be conquered to gain control. Make it so that armies can be recruited and you can go into larger scale battles. This might be a technical challenge based on the side scrolling nature of this game, but it would be cool to see a large group of enemies and players facing off on a bigger scale to claim territory.

These are just a few ideas I have that I think would make this game amazing! I especially want to see a lot of dynamic content and unpredictability in each fight to keep things interesting. Thanks for reading and considering my feedback! Excited to see what comes next!
