Managed to get the game to run using proton 7 I think, but now get a login error.

Maybe if I download on my pc and login the first time on there and fey again on the deck it may work.

I'll test later and report back, unless someone else tests first.

Proton Experimental works if you start mashing A button when you see the first loading screen with windmill in it. Takes a few tries but once you are past the launch it works good.

On Low you can get 60FPS in most biomes/levels, minus a few of the instances where too many enemies spawn. It's more than playable, but the font is admittedly small.

GE-Proton 8.0-5 works great for me on Medium Settings, push A to get past the black screen at the start and if it hangs on the start of the Tutorial just restart and it will move past it. After that i haven't had any problems so far.

I also tried using experimental proton (the top one without any numbers) and mashing A on a controller once it passed the controller input screen. I heard a hidden selection complete (on the black screen) and then it loaded to the usual landing screen. After that it worked like a charm and ran a few levels and did a few quests with no issues.
