No option to rescue Sarah?

I'm on NG++ and I have tried everything to get Sarah down, it forces me to grind her up, I answer the call and then try to go around behind her and there is no prompt to save?

you have to wait for two specific phone calls before the game lets you save her.

I answered Linda, then Doc, then Doc again, then went into the lab, answered Doc again. What am I missing? I tried everything I think it is bugged

Please send your bug report through the in-game reporting system, and we'll check your save files. It’s possible you passed through two enclosures in a row before returning to the hub, in which case Sarah would already be dead. You can check her status using TIS, or simply by looking at her face — if she’s dead, her mouth and eyes will be open.

hallo, i think i got the "hand" bug which is that locked my ending. i was failed save the giraffe and then i go back to the hub, so i cant continue the next enclosure without taking the hand in biowaste filter, after that i continue the next 3 habitat and save all of em. return to the hub, and yeah its ending, i dont even encounter sarah event. is it bug? or am i missing something?

No, it's not a bug. Sarah is dead. I saw your save file — you have collected 2 out of 4 parasites. Just keep playing.
