Soft lock bug and animation stuck

First I want to say I really love the game. It is really fun and enjoyable with a bit of replayability.

However I have encountered two bugs, one fully soft locks from any progression to the point of the need of new game restart, second one resolves after reload.

1] Soft Lock:
After the tutorial mission to go to giraffe enclosure, if you go there again, and go to the enclosure it asks you to do all the tasks. However since you already fed them during tutorial you wont be able to feed them, or get feces. This fully soft locks you because you cannot go to a different enclosure because you have not finished the one you are currently in.

2] Animation stuck
I was in the penguin encloser and was curing the mutant. I shot the third shot at the mutant but at the same time, the mutant grabbed me and wanted to fly me around. However since the mutant was cured he did not grabbed me, but I got stuck in animation when the mutant picks you up. Reloading the save helped.
