Literally just want a guide
TLDR: If you're not happy because a game didn't meet your expectations dont slander the developers, give some constructive criticism. or dont play the game.

I'm literally just looking for a list of cures to infections and what symptoms mean what. like vomiting means poop is bad but literally everyone is just hating on this game. you cant call every game that doesn't meet your standards a scam. smh my head at the wide gaming community right now. The game came out a day ago (as of me writing) so its gonna be buggy. and as far as I know this is their only non-gartan themed game. its creative and clever. A little repetitive at times but the vaccination system gets me engaged. The game is themed around being a "vet" who takes care of animals. then using deduction, figuring out who is a mutant. it's not Alien Isolation. The two trailers on steam were just to show off cool mutants and gain intrest. its like being mad at Space Marine 2 for the trailers being a little more interesting than the game (although the SM2 is amazing) that being said I hope Devs read this.

on top of general Ai and bugs:
It would be really nice to be able to mix 2 of the vials of chemicals to make the other one. im always running out of yellow and being able to mix red and blue to make yellow would be very useful, instead of going all the way back to the hub to restock and breaking tension. also I feel like making the ai a little less agro but also not disable it when you left the enclosure would raise tension aswell. I've gotten used to just leaving when the ai gets agro and having it re-set when i come back. You cant die in the game but having a "3 strikes you're dead" would be cool and make the game more engaging. Being able to cure the mutant before it mutates would be really fun too. Something that really annoys me and my girlfriend is having to get rid of ALL of the blood you collect when donating it and testing it. we grabbed an extra vile to not risk the lives of the Wallabys and it got rid of all of them when we went to test it. it kind of felt like we were being punished for preparing in advance. My girlfriend also thinks there should be a purge system, so its the LAST RESORT for getting rid of the mutant, but it would kill all of the other animals. just in case you run out of literally everything and have nothing else to do. and shes usually right.

Probably gonna post this as a review aswell, just to raise my chances of a dev seeing this.

Just to add, if the blood dispenser worked as you wish it worked. Then the infected 'meat' recipes would be a waste to make. Theres no need to calm the virus if you have everything in one go. Just got to shoot it three times. Once you find a symptom and leave the enclosure a mutation occurs so technically you can test for blood first and come back as long as the blood isnt 'positive'. However if it is positive you'll have to scramble to figure out the cure, in my sixth run I fed everyone preemptively, waited for them all to poop, then ONLY did vials of blood. If any were positive make a tranquilizer (two if you arent confident/fast) then you can shoot the infected animal with a tranq and it will sleep for a minute. Collect poop, temps, sounds, blood (if they are positive for sounds then you will need another tranq to collect the sick animal blood, you can observe this behavior when you feed them) etc and run out of the enclosure.

If you dont do it this way then the meat is necessary to collect any missing data from your sick animals. Doing everything and making the meat slop before coming back so you can swiftly pacify and collect sick blood samples is the clean and efficient way to do it.

TLDR: Its a game mechanic issue / balancing decision that doesnt entirely make sense logically (since the game shows multiple individual vials when collecting and ergo having the ability to opt out of all of them depositing would be understandable), however the creator needs those meat blocks there since its an integral part of the story. If you could just prepare everything in advanced there would be no reason to use them in the first place.

I would have made a guide for the above info, but steam isnt having it today errors all over. (Also I guess since I dont own the game on steam you cannot make guides so feel free to make one for the rest of the community cause cure questions get asked ALOT)

as far as i can tell, except for the first playthrough, you can collect all the data, determine which have real symptoms and which one is faking by it's movement, create cures, then come back for 1 more blood vial to make the mutant cure. go back in, shoot the mutant first with the mutant cure, then the other sick ones and walk away with no mutants ever spawning.
AWESOME thank you so much

Anytime my friend :) If there are any errors I can also edit it.

Also a response to add onto Azgarod, the first playthrough is the easiest one to get a perfect ending in due to the first two enclosures never having a mutation (giraffe + second enclosure)

If you answer the phone and never miss any decisions you can 100% cure all the animals, get infected cures and have the happiest ending. The only difference is Lilys phone call (Mrs Summers) happens during your second enclosure not your first.
