Stuck in a wall

I had a moment where I was trying to get blood samples form one of the animals. to save on medicine i did not want to make tranquilizers so I waited for the animals to stop moving on their own and the green icon appear. this resulted in them getting to the lay down animation as well as putting me behind them even if I stared in front of them, witch moved me quite a bit and one of the animals it was just to close to one of the decorations in the enclosure and the animation putting be behind him, made me go right through the decoration and pined me there until I reloaded the game.
This isn't game braking but is a little annoying to have to reload and loss any unsaved progress, and thought it should be addressed in someway. I do enjoy the game and I hope it gets better as time progresses and certain things get polished out.

I'm having a somewhat similar issue, I just started the game, I went to the giraffe zone, but while leaving the hub I stood right up against the door to look out the window, then I arrive, but my character was stuck in the far corner of the train, Can't move, can look around, but can't move, so I'm just, stuck.
TLDR: Don't stand up against the door of the train if your don't want to lose your progress.
