Please add Controller Support!

Hey Devs please add Controller Support, would be much appreciated and will help sales.

Add on to this, a lot gamers use steam deck, rog ally, or have issues with hands that makes it easier to use a controller.

Also I’m currently playing Pathfinder and BG3 on Rog Ally and wife playing them on steam deck.

This game looks very promising and hope you consider adding controller support from the beginning.

I second this. I played Pathfinder WotR, Baldur's Gate 3 and Divinity Original Sin 1 & 2 with gamepad and I loved it. Much more comfy than mouse and keyboard. I hope it'll at least be an option!

Back in November I asked this, can we get an answer? Game looks amazing and many of us are on Steam Deck or Rog Ally or laptop and use a controller.

Agreed. I'll be able to play on kb+m but generally prefer controller to ♥♥♥♥ my elbows less. Hopefully it'll come for full release.

Personally I'd rather NOT have controller, but then I am an old school gamer.

Just make sure it's in there for EA at least as controller support is how a lot of the adaptive systems for disabled gamers actually work.

Does this imply that the game will eventually have controller support? Like OP, my purchasing decision hinges on this.

I'm also only in with controller support. It can be basic if needed, even using right stick to move cursor and a button or two for click.
