if I just buy the base game, Can I get all the card packs in the game? or just some of them because I just buy the base game not with the DLC? If I just get some of them, Can you tell me which card packs that I get if I just buy the base game?

You get everything and dont need to buy any dlc. Most dlcs are "cheat" dlcs, that unlocks card from the start or additional sleeves.

The "important" card DLCs are not released yet and will contain this:
"・Card Unlock Vol.1 DZ-BT04「Destined Showdown」
・Card Unlock Vol.2 DZ-BT05「Omniscient Awakening」
・Card Unlock Vol.3 DZ-SS02「Stride Deckset Harri」
・Card Unlock Vol.4 DZ-SS03「Stride Deckset Nightrose」
※Scheduled to be sold by the end of 2025."

there's still expected release times, i think it was, spring, spring-summer, summer, summer. so no tnecessarily by end of 2025, it's just i think steam's dlc policy makes them say stuff like that. (doesn't seem like they're really abiding to the new season pass rules but i think because they released a deluxe addition they were allowed to not do that)

I wanted to ask how I can get skins for pvp. For example, Urara or Hikari future

When you want to edit a deck:
instead "Edit Deck" use "change accessorie", than go to fighter

Dont know if some of them are locked, as fro me they where all unlocked after i found this out.
Furthermore it seems that the next Card DLCs will have more fighters.

They confirmed that Kyohma, Senka, and Yuna will get paid DLC, while Jinki will be a freebie till the 30th of may.
there's also speculation that we'll get Kuon and Hikari (Present) when set 5 becomes available. Unless Kuon is a Passcode fighter that requires the DLC.
