Game stuck at low FPS

FPS is really bad for me too. My PC is very good even could run next-gen games properly. First game doesn't have that kind of problem :S

people saying it's unplayable really need to share specs. might be something similar across the PCs like a certain GPU or something. my 3090/i9-12900KF run this game just fine.

driver update & gpu schedule assist on or off?

(i have some stutter but it's not unplayable like people are saying, so if I can get rid of that stutter that'd be nice.)

New driver does seem to make it smoother, with graphics schedule assist thing turned off. On = stutters like mad, off + this driver = smooth.

apparently this fix it for me
start game -> task manager -> details -> choose VGDD2.exe in the list -> set affinity -> uncheck CPU 4

Somehow I had more FPS issues with actual full screen, borderless fullscreen actually fixed majority of issues.
