AAA price for Obsidian's usually AA level is a worrying idea, tbh -- Im not saying it won't be good, but it usually misses a level that makes it worth an extra 10

I was so excited for this game. I really was. Now with all of this? $70? are you serious?
These game developer companies are getting rather disappointing.

Don't be fooled into preordering games people. How often do games release in a good state these days? And for this price? No thanks :)

and we should all be so grateful that Avowed was postponed to next year so that now Microsoft can collect from you the money you did not put in EA's Veilguard. The only "winner" here is, i guess, Steam, cashing in either way.

Was looking forward to this title, but then you went all Blizzard on us and pulled the pay extra $$$ so you can play a few days early.

$20 for a couple of skins and 5 days of early access? Hahahahaha... yikes. I <3 you guys and I'm still interested in the game, but NGL that premium preorder bit reads like comedy.

Also... premium skins... for an SP game? Why? Vanity items are for showing off.

After what Microsoft did to Arkane Austin and a bunch of other studios for "underperforming" earlier this year, this price point just seems like they're setting Obsidian up to fail hard.

Just my personal opinion, but while the gameplay I've seen so far looks alright, it certainly doesn't look 70 bucks' worth of "alright". I fear unless Avowed gets a bunch of really excellent reviews prior to launch, the game may not sell well at all, and that might spell the end for good old Obsidian

70€ Ok. Well i rarely buy at release. This price is just another reason to have patience for a 50% sale at least. My pile of shame is getting bigger and bigger so i dont need new games anyway AND nowadays theres rarely any gamedev i really wanna support. Trust in gaming industry is gone here 99%. Obsidian would be one of those rare ones, but since Microsoft is on top of it - nah not happning sorry folks at Obsidian. Ill wait, as always - patches, sales, DLCs, release ♥♥♥♥♥♥ - i have time.
