When I have a discussion with Kai at camp, half the time he's asking me why I did something that I, in fact, did not do. I don't remember the first instance, but it just happened again when finding the ranger Belenna. He asked why I didn't talk about her lover that died, Adelarro. I just finished the discussion with her, where I told her he died and she reacted to it with grief. Anybody else having this issue?

I had one instance of it where he mentioned I turned the assassin into the Steel Garrote. Which wasn't correct because I actually shot him in the face myself.
