Distorted Audio after Patch

Companion voices are mostly distorted (crackling) now in an incomprehensible manner.
In between it sometimes switches back to normal, but it seems to be more distorted than not.
I think I also heard some distorted environmental sounds, but those aren't that obvious.
I didn't have any sound issues before the patch.

It's rather annoying...nearly unplayable even, so a hotfix would be great.

I get this too, since the last patch. It is especially bad in Thirdborn with the Cicadas (or whatever they're called in Eora).

I find a quick save and quick load solves the issue for a while, but it soon starts again.
