New World as an example 64% gpu usage below and i've had it in the 50's. And this is the game that was bricking gpus as they were running at 100% and maxing out the power limit and or exceeding it. But that was 20xx and mainly 30xx gpus. An RTX 4080 like mine doesn't break a sweat.

To disable it do as before but name it dlssoverlaydisable.reg copy paste below code.
Or just go into the registry to the location and add 32bit dword name it ShowDLSSIndicator and set it to 400 to enable and 0 to disable. Save it as a favorite for future use and name the favorite showdlssoverlay=400
And will look like below in black and white. Bottom left being DLSS info and top left showing framegen. RTSS being green and blue but use whatever for cpu/gpu/fps info.
