Breaking down Unique items for Adra?

The tutorial says you can do so with weapons and body armor but they only break down into common materials. No adra. Even the exact same sword used on the tutorial screen.

Bugged?

If you scroll down the item, you are able to see what it will give when broke.
For adra, you need "upgraded" item, common one will not give any.

Thanks, wish this was explained explicitly. Just says unique.
