Totem of Revelations - Ruby Eye Bugged

For some reason, I seem to be soft locked out of being able to interact with the Ruby Eye. I had the conversation with the NPC in front of it and now I just get generic dialogue when I interact with her. I also get an interact option with the Ruby Eye on the ground but it doesn't get picked up. Does anyone have any suggestions?

i play on the battlenet version and have the exact same issue

Take a look and see if it is in your inventory already. I had the girl give it to me and there was no animation so unless you happened to see it in your inventory, you may not know it was there. I hope this is it for you.

not in mine as ive been back to the totem plus i can see it on the floor still and quest isn't updated to say i have it
