They should be pretty doable and earn you around 500 gold each. For the remaining amount i would just sell any looted gear to the merchants.
Have you been exploring looking for items? You can pretty much jump and run in every corner and find loot or collectibles.
Op might be better off scraping the looted gear for materials and using that (along with the 'erbs) to upgrade a unique weapon / armor found in the wild or treasure map. You get so little for selling anything
That's strange. I am level 5, have just saved the ambassador, and i have 4400 coins. Either you are spending too much, or not exploring enough.
Oh right, i have not tried salvaging yet. Good idea.
1) Break down weapons and armor so you have upgrade materials.
2) You can craft weak upgrade materials into better upgrade materials.
3) Cook meals at camp and use those to heal and regain mana.
4) Don't buy health and mana pots. Only use them in fights.
5) Buy lockpicks.
6) Do the bounties and explore. There's a lot of treasure lying around.
7) Sell your gems.
8) You can respec for a relatively low fee if you feel like you messed up.
True. But OP feels underleveled and it is a quick way to finish the quest if you are a few coins short after the bounties. After that you should indeed go for upgrades.
A little spoiler: There are two rings that can be found in the first area. One of them permanently regenerates mana (slowly), while the other regenerates hitpoints (slowly) if you are wet/standing in water. So you don't have to use healing items at all outside of combat
Yes ... the game is rough on upgrades, but here is a few simple tips.
* Scrap weapons and armour and don't sell them.
* Explore everywhere you can and look for the rare upgrade materials.
* Limit yourself to a few weapons and don't hold onto everything.
* Buy any upgrade materials you find a vendors.
* If you find a better (unique) weapon, scrap your old one for upgrade materials.
